Exotic hibiscus flowers from my Southern California garden

If all goes well this post will automatically load from a pre-scheduled time right as I am touching down in Yangon, Myanmar. Between trip preparation this week and two days on a plane (thanks to the crossing of the International Dateline) I knew I wouldn’t be motivated to work on this week’s entry much. I had been asked by a few people after my last hibiscus post if I would show some closeups of the flowers from those plants. Sure, seems like a great quick post to me! While digging through my reservoir of photos to locate them I actually found quite a few pictures that had been taken over the last few months. So this week’s post will be content-light, photo-heavy.

All the photos here come from my own exotic hibiscus flowers growing in my Southern California garden. Coming from an extremely biased opinion, I can think of no plant flower with more magnificence in terms of color and variety. I believe the following photos make it hard to argue against my opinion.

I have my photo collection of exotic hibiscus flowers uploaded to Pinterest as well. So now for a tough question. Which flower was your favorite?

Actually ALL of them. They were ALL GORGEOUS!! The fire and ice was a favorite. I have recently started my own hibiscus collection.
So whenever I see a new color I think I have to have it. We just recently moved from Oklahoma to Louisiana. I think my plants are gonna LOVE it here.
